Penetration Testing Assessment

I conducted a full penetration test which included port and vulnerability scanning using NMAP and Nessus, cracking WEP and WPA and Metasploit to run exploits to gain access to the targeted systems.

Digital Forensics

Conducted a digital forensics investigation by taking a systematic approach using the ISO 27037 standard to generate a full forensics report and perform data recovery.

Software Engineering

Project managed and assisted in the development of a password manager using PHP, HTML, CSS and JavaScript which encrypted the passwords using AES.

Malware Analysis

Conducted static and dynamic analysis on numerous pieces of malware using tools such as PE Studio, PE View, Hex Editor and Fakenet. Completed numerous labs using Java to prevent vulnerabilities such as SQL and HTML injections.

3rd Year Thesis

As part of my 3rd year thesis I conducted an analysis of cloning within RFID access control systems to illustrate the abundance of weak and insecure cards still being used today.

4th Year Thesis

For my 4th year thesis I researched the effectiveness of convolutional neural networks for classifying mobile malware. More information on this can be found on my Github.
